01. Acceptance
Validating the contractual alignment between users and our analytical laboratory.
By accessing JadeCloudResearch.digital, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Jade Cloud Research. This document dictates the parameters under which our cloud research and data analytics laboratory provides information, tools, and technological infrastructure insights.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must terminate your session immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service. Our operations are governed by the laws of Malaysia, specifically within the jurisdiction of Kuala Lumpur.

02. Infrastructure Usage
Parameters for interacting with our live research data and cloud systems.
Authorized Interactions
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to utilize the insights and data visualizations provided on this platform for internal research and planning purposes. Any automated collection of data, including scraping, harvesting, or use of bots, is strictly prohibited without written laboratory authorization.
Security Integrity
Users must not attempt to bypass hardware authentication or software firewalls protecting our research nodes.
Code Extraction
Reverse engineering of our proprietary analytics algorithms or cloud architecture models is legally actionable.
We reserve the right to truncate or terminate access for any user found to be utilizing our cloud capabilities in a manner that exceeds reasonable bandwidth or compute thresholds, or that threatens the operational stability of the KL-4 data center.
03 Intellectual Property
Proprietary Assets
The visual interface, research methodologies, datasets, and branding of Jade Cloud Research are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. "Jade Cloud Research" is a registered trademark within the technological infrastructure sector.
Reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works based on our laboratory's output is restricted unless explicitly granted via a partnership agreement.
